To support this initiative, Royal has invested in top-tier infrastructure, experienced trainers, and mobilizers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training. We recruit youth from various states, equip them with essential skills, and make them job-ready.

The primary goal of our training academies is to enhance professionalism by instilling the right skills and competencies needed to perform duties efficiently in the security and facilities management sectors.

Royal’s Commitment to Skill Development and Nation Building

Royal has aligned itself with the Government of India’s vision for skill development among the youth. In support of this initiative, we have embarked on a mission to train young individuals in various vocational skills to enhance their employability. Skilled individuals have a significantly higher chance of securing employment, and through our efforts, we aim to contribute meaningfully to reducing unemployment and alleviating poverty in the country.

Our vision is to become the leading Skills Development Company in Facility Management and Security Services (FMSS) across India.

Royal is a registered partner under the Skill India Mission and an approved agency under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). We collaborate closely with central and state governments as well as NGOs to promote skill upgradation in the areas of Security, Housekeeping, and Hospitality.

To support this vision, we have set a benchmark goal: to train 15,000 youth by the year 2025. By ensuring 100% placement in the FMSS industry, we aim not only to generate additional economic value but also to contribute meaningfully to nation-building.
